At AuraMist, we want you to feel secure when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all original parts and accessories
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us first at support@auramist.store with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Return Shipping

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • All returns must be sent by registered mail
  • We are not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or not delivered if they are not sent by registered mail

We strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@auramist.store.

To help us review the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned incomplete or not in their original condition
  • Final sale or clearance items, where applicable

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been approved.
